Carmine Mercorella is a highly experienced migration lawyer with a Bachelor of Laws degree from Flinders University and postgraduate studies from the University of South Australia. With over 20 years of experience in the field of migration law, Carmine has extensive knowledge and expertise in skilled and employer-sponsored visas, as well as representing clients before the Administrative Appeals Tribunal and the Federal Court of Australia.

Before specialising in migration law, Carmine practiced in large and complex corporate and commercial matters. However, his passion for helping people and making a difference in their lives led him to focus on migration law, where he has since helped countless individuals and families to achieve their migration goals.

Carmine’s Catholic upbringing and education at Saint Ignatius College Adelaide have instilled in him a strong sense of ethics and compassion, which he brings to his professional practice. He understands that the migration process can be stressful and emotional, and he works closely with his clients to provide them with the support and guidance they need.

When he is not working, Carmine enjoys spending time with his family. He is a proud partner to Stacey and father to three children. Carmine is also a lifelong fan of the Glenelg football club and a passionate supporter of Australian football.

Simon Mander is an accomplished registered Australian migration agent with over 18 years of experience in skilled migration and appeal work. He holds a degree from the Flinders University of South Australia, and has pursued post-graduate studies at the University of Adelaide, Deakin University, and the University of South Australia. Currently, he is enrolled in a Juris Doctor program, further enhancing his knowledge and skills in the field of law.

With work experience in London, Shanghai, and Hong Kong, Simon has held director’s positions in international trade businesses and has managed multi-million dollar projects and investments. Simon’s experience and expertise in skilled migration and appeal work have made him a respected figure in the industry, and he has helped numerous clients achieve their immigration goals.

Simon’s love for Asian cultures and their peoples has led him to manage Indian and Sri Lankan clients for My New Australian Life Legal, where he provides expert legal advice and assistance to those seeking to migrate to Australia. Simon is a family man and enjoys spending time with his wife, Heidi, and their four children.
